The Shadow is a song about the subconscious behaviours in our psyche that affect our behaviours - becoming conscious of them is one of the best things that we can do in order to "integrate the shadow".
Featuring a lecture of Philosopher Alan Watts on the Shadow, the song weaves a 60's musical soundscape that takes the listener deep into thought provoking journey into the shadowlands.
